Inquire About Transaction

It allows beneficiaries to inquire about the status of transactions registered in the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s records (Rasel). Users can track their requests using the transaction number and the Mobile No. of the applicant. This service is available for transactions submitted by individuals, companies, and private institutions.
Step 1
From the service details page, click on "Execute Service".
Step 2
Log in via National Single Sign-On (Nafath) or create a new account as an external user on the Ministry portal.
Step 3
Enter the required details and click "Send".
