The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched a new awareness video as part of its ""Coming for Umrah"" campaign, highlighting the pilgrim’s journey from the preparation stage, through performing the rituals, to the stage of completion and departure. This initiative is part of the Ministry’s efforts to raise the awareness of pilgrims during the Ramadan season.

The video addresses several awareness messages related to Umrah rituals, in addition to showcasing key services, facilities, and digital solutions that help facilitate procedures and enhance pilgrims’ experience throughout their spiritual journey. It also highlights visits to historical and enriching sites in Makkah and Madinah, contributing to a richer experience for pilgrims and enhancing the knowledge and cultural dimension.

The launch of this video comes within the ""Coming for Umrah"" campaign, initiated by the Ministry before Ramadan in partnership with more than 24 relevant entities in the Hajj and Umrah system, aiming to raise pilgrims’ awareness. The campaign includes on-site awareness activities at more than 18 points of contact with pilgrims, alongside digital and media dissemination in 9 languages, expanding reach and audience diversity.

The Ministry emphasized that the launch of this video is part of its continuous awareness efforts aimed at enhancing pilgrims’ knowledge, facilitating the performance of rituals, and improving the quality of services provided to them, within the programs and awareness initiatives implemented during Ramadan, in line with the seasonal density and enriching the experience of pilgrims and visitors
