The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the launch of the "Comprehensive Package" for international pilgrims for the Hajj season of 1448 AH. The package integrates essential services provided to pilgrims from their arrival in the Kingdom through to their departure, delivered in full coordination with all relevant entities to elevate the pilgrim experience and ensure seamless service integration throughout their stay.
The Ministry explained that contracting for the package is completed digitally through the "Electronic Path" platform under a single request. This streamlines procedures, regulates contractual relationships among Hajj Affairs Offices, international Hajj agencies, and service providers, and elevates contracting efficiency and transparency.
The package covers four core service areas: Holy Sites services, hospitality accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, transportation, and catering—with options to add elective enrichment services. This enables Hajj Affairs Offices and international agencies to design tailored programs that meet the varying preferences of pilgrim groups within a clear and flexible contractual framework.
The Ministry emphasized that launching the "Comprehensive Package" comes as part of its early preparations for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, reflecting the unwavering care and devotion that the Wise Leadership—may Allah support them—bestows upon the Guests of Allah, while advancing the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
