Under the Patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.. Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Organizes the 6th Hajj Conference and Exhibition Next November in Jeddah
Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud—may Allah protect him—the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program (one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs), is organizing the 6th edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition. The event will take place from November 8 to 11, 2026, in Jeddah, featuring the participation of more than 520 entities from various governmental, private, and non-profit sectors locally and internationally, as well as decision-makers from the public, private, and third sectors.
The conference comes as an extension of the care devoted by the Wise Leadership—may Allah support them—to serving the Guests of Allah, and as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to develop the Hajj services ecosystem, enhance its quality, and achieve the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program. It serves as a major milestone in early preparations for the Hajj season 1448 AH, bringing together key stakeholders to finalize contracts, discuss operational and organizational aspects, showcase solutions and initiatives, build partnerships, and raise readiness for the upcoming season.
The Hajj Conference and Exhibition serves as a global platform uniting leaders, decision-makers, and specialists from around the world to review solutions and practices, as well as exchange expertise across three tracks: Infrastructure and Operational Services (covering transportation and logistics, infrastructure and facilities management, housing and hospitality, and catering and food supply); Empowerment and Integration (covering security and safety, healthcare, media and communication, and technology and innovation); and Sustainable Development (covering the third sector, entrepreneurship, training and development, and enriching the pilgrim experience).
Alongside the conference, a specialized exhibition dedicated to the Hajj service ecosystem will be held across an area exceeding 67,000 square meters, with the participation of entities, service providers, and solution innovators from over 150 countries. The exhibition features a network of specialized communities that bring together leaders, Hajj Affairs Offices, and service providers, alongside dedicated sectors for aviation, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce, investment, and business development.
These communities will be activated through specialized forums, panel discussions, roundtables, workshops, business meetings, and launching platforms for initiatives, agreements, and innovative solutions—fostering integration across all components of the ecosystem, supporting partnership building, and elevating service quality for the Guests of Allah.
In its previous edition, the Hajj Conference and Exhibition recorded remarkable attendance, attracting over 204,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors from more than 150 countries. The event featured 134 specialized sessions and workshops, with over 2,600 trainees from around the world benefiting from its training programs.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah invites all entities, interested parties, and specialists to register and participate in the 6th edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition and take advantage of its diverse programs and activities. Further details regarding the conference, its agenda, and event schedules are available on the official website.
