The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Holds Periodic Meeting with Saudi Umrah Companies

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, held its periodic meeting with Saudi Umrah companies, with the participation of several Ministry leaders and company representatives. The meeting aimed to enhance direct communication with sector partners, discuss season developments and challenges, and explore opportunities to develop services provided to Umrah pilgrims and visitors.

During the meeting, His Excellency the Minister commended the efforts of Umrah companies and their contributions over the past period toward serving the Guests of Allah. He emphasized the importance of continuously developing services, enriching the experience of Umrah pilgrims and visitors, and delivering qualitative initiatives and programs that meet their needs across all stages of the journey, from arrival in the Kingdom until departure.

His Excellency also underscored the necessity of sustained efforts to raise compliance with regulations and instructions, as well as monitoring services offered to pilgrims and visitors to enhance service quality and reliability.

The meeting addressed key developments in the Umrah sector, readiness levels throughout the season, and available opportunities to develop services and enhance the experience of the Guests of Allah. Additionally, His Excellency listened to the views and proposals of Umrah companies in this regard.

The meeting witnessed the signing of agreements with several national travel platforms to provide their services to pilgrims from within and outside the Kingdom, alongside honoring outstanding companies in serving Umrah pilgrims and visitors to the Prophet's Mosque.

This meeting falls within the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's efforts to strengthen role integration with service providers and solidify partnership and ongoing communication with Saudi Umrah companies, thereby contributing to the development of the Umrah and Ziyarah ecosystem and elevating the experience of the Guests of Allah, in line with the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the key programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
