What is Nusuk Card?
It is an identification card for the pilgrim that enables them to enter all holy sites and benefit from the services provided to pilgrims to perform Hajj rituals with ease and convenience. It must be carried throughout the Hajj period in all transfers from arrival and within the holy sites until departure.

Importance of Nusuk Card
It is the official document approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prove the pilgrim's identity and their legal entry to perform Hajj rituals. It contributes to facilitating the Hajj journey by providing various important information and services, such as:
Pilgrim's personal information
Pilgrim's medical record - if any
Guiding lost pilgrims by providing their accommodation address in Makkah, the holy sites, and Madinah.
Organizing boarding for buses.
Provides information about the service provider company the pilgrim belongs to.
Providing enriching services to pilgrims.
Key Services and Features
The digital Nusuk card is available through the Tawakkalna app for domestic pilgrims and the Nusuk app for all pilgrims, as the Nusuk app offers a wide range of services and features to enrich the Hajj experience.

How to Use
- The card is mandatory and must be carried throughout the Hajj period during all transfers, from arrival until departure.
- Used to read the pilgrim's accommodation address in case of loss.
- Used to reach the pilgrim's group gathering point during the crowds.

Accessing the Digital Card

In case of card loss
- Inform the group leader/service provider company to request re-issuance of the Nusuk card.
- Use the digital card available through the Nusuk / Tawakkalna app
- Go to the nearest Nusuk Care Center
- Contact the Unified Call Center (1966)
