An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah that enables beneficiaries to submit formal letters addressed to His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, or to any of the Ministry’s departments and committees. This is done through an electronic form, eliminating the need to personally visit the Ministry’s headquarters.
