Submit a New International Transaction
An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah that enables beneficiaries to submit formal letters addressed to His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, or to any of the Ministry’s departments and committees, via an electronic form without the need to visit the Ministry's headquarters.
Step 1
Access the service via the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah portal.
Step 2
Select "Request to Submit a Transaction from Outside the Kingdom" from the E-Services menu.
Step 3
Enter your email address and click "Verify".
Step 4
A verification code will be sent to the registered email address.
Step 5
Enter the verification code to enable the Mobile No. input field.
Step 6
Enter your Mobile No. (without the leading zero), select your country, and click "Verify" to receive a code via SMS.
Step 7
Enter the SMS verification code to access the "Add Transaction" page.
Step 8
Fill in the required data, attach the necessary files, check the "I am not a robot" box, and click "Add."
