Guests of Allah Settle in Mina on Tarwiyah Day Amid Intensive Field Monitoring

The Guests of Allah have settled today in the holy site of Mina to spend the Day of Tarwiyah, amid an integrated system of field and operational services that accompany their transit to their camps and prepare them to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind. 

Through its field teams and operational centers, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is monitoring the arrival of pilgrims at the Mina camps, as well as the quality of accommodation, catering, guidance, and support services provided to them, in full coordination with all entities operating within the Hajj ecosystem and Hajj companies. 

These monitoring efforts are part of an institutional integration involving more than 60 government and operational entities executing over 600 action plans. This framework is managed by the Hajj Project Management Office (Hajj PMO) under the Pilgrim Experience Program—an initiative of Vision 2030—and is supervised and followed by the Supreme Hajj Committee, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, within a unified structure that coordinates efforts and elevates field execution efficiency throughout the stages of Hajj. 

Concurrently, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's "Nusuk Inayah" centers are supporting the presence of the Guests of Allah in Makkah and the Holy Sites through 38 centers and more than 160 service locations. Utilizing field teams that speak over 11 languages, they have provided more than 180,000 services so far, including guidance, navigation, linguistic support, handling observations and reports, and assisting humanitarian cases directly across pilgrim sites. 

The Day of Tarwiyah stands as a major milestone in the Hajj journey, where pilgrims stay overnight in Mina, following the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him), before heading to the plains of Arafat. Continuous field monitoring remains active to guarantee smooth traffic flow, deliver services directly to pilgrims, and enable them to perform their rituals in a streamlined and organized environment.
