Minister of Hajj and Umrah Visits Public Security’s Hajj Operations Center and Performance Efficiency Centers in Holy Sites

The Minister of Hajj and Umrah, His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, visited the Hajj Operations Center (Command and Control) at Public Security, as part of continuous field tracking of operational readiness for the Hajj season of 1447 AH. 

During the visit, His Excellency reviewed the workflow of operational tasks alongside field coordination and monitoring mechanisms. These steps aim to strengthen the integration of efforts among relevant authorities and support operations management efficiency throughout the season to serve the Guests of Allah. 

His Excellency also toured the performance efficiency centers in the Holy Sites managed by Kidana Development Company, the executive arm of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites. There, he reviewed operational efforts and technical solutions aimed at enhancing readiness, boosting performance efficiency, and accelerating operational response times, which collectively contribute to elevating the quality of services provided to pilgrims within the Holy Sites. 

These visits fall under the ongoing field follow-up of operational readiness during the Hajj season. This approach drives integration between various related entities to deliver a Hajj experience defined by ease and peace of mind, fulfilling the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program and Saudi Vision 2030.
