Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Announces Readiness for Tarwiyah Day and Completion of Preparations for Pilgrims' Ascent to Mina

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced its readiness for the Day of Tarwiyah, along with the completion of its field and operational preparations for the ascent of the Guests of Allah to the Mina holy site. This is part of an integrated system dedicated to organizing the transit of pilgrims to their camps and monitoring the level of services provided within the Holy Sites, in full coordination with all relevant entities.

The Ministry’s operations encompass tracking the movement of pilgrims from their accommodations and hospitality centers to the Mina site, verifying the fluid entry into the camps, and delivering guidance and awareness. This runs alongside supporting pilgrims in reaching their designated locations in accordance with the approved operational plans for the Hajj season of 1447 AH.

In coordination with related authorities, the Ministry has finalized the operational readiness for accommodation, catering, and transportation services within the Mina site. It has also elevated field monitoring to detect and address any observations immediately, contributing to enhancing service quality during the first phase of the pilgrims' presence in the Holy Sites.

These efforts are linked with the work of the Crowd Management and Joint Operations Center, the Monitoring and Control Center, and the Compliance Center. Together, they continuously track movement, services, and operational indicators, while backing field teams with the vital data needed to resolve any challenges that might affect transit fluidity or service quality.

It is worth noting that from the first of Dhu al-Qi'dah until today, the Ministry has carried out more than 83,000 inspection and field tours across various service facilities in integration with relevant authorities. These tours covered pilgrim accommodations, hospitality centers, camps, and all service locations to guarantee service readiness, verify compliance with operational requirements, and resolve observations instantly to enrich the experience of the Guests of Allah.

The Day of Tarwiyah represents a major milestone in the pilgrim's journey within the Holy Sites, as it marks the beginning of intensive field operations inside Mina. This underscores the importance of seamless integration among the operational efforts of all sectors to prepare the Guests of Allah to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.
