Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Completes Preparations for Crowd Management Plans in the Holy Sites

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has finalized its operational preparations for crowd management (Tafweej) plans across the Holy Sites for the Hajj season of 1447 AH. Executed within an integrated framework alongside all relevant authorities, these plans aim to enhance the seamless movement of the Guests of Allah and elevate crowd control efficiency, thereby ensuring pilgrim safety and facilitating the smooth performance of rituals at every stage of the journey. 

The readiness operations included training more than 30,000 personnel deployed for the Hajj season on operating digital solutions and managing field processes. This training is designed to boost execution efficiency and support rapid adaptation to operational variables throughout the season. 

In preparation for the mass movement processes, more than 600 crowd management officers and 5,000 group leaders underwent rigorous training on digital systems and the field responsibilities associated with regulating pilgrim movement within the Holy Sites. Additionally, joint mock drills were carried out in full coordination and integration with all relevant entities to evaluate operational readiness and test the efficiency of field procedures. 

The Tafweej plans rely on an operational framework backed by digital solutions and real-time data analysis. This approach contributes significantly to organizing crowd dynamics, optimizing transit efficiency between the Holy Sites, and accelerating field response times in high-density locations. 

These extensive efforts are part of the early preparation matrix implemented by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in close integration with concerned authorities. They reflect the continuous care dedicated to the Guests of Allah and a steadfast commitment to delivering a peaceful, seamless, and well-regulated Hajj experience at every phase.
