The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has emphasized the importance of the Guests of Allah adhering to the approved crowd management (Tafweej) plans and their designated schedules. This compliance plays a major role in achieving fluid movement between the Holy Sites and enhances pilgrim safety and comfort while performing their rituals.
The Ministry explained that Tafweej plans are built upon precise operational models that take into account pilgrim distribution and density management across various routes to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and prevent overcrowding. It noted that commitment to specified transit times is a cornerstone for the success of the pilgrim movement system throughout the Hajj season.
The Ministry urged the Guests of Allah to comply with the programs set by their Hajj companies, stick to the timetables designated for Tafweej, and avoid moving individually outside the organizational framework, as independent movement can directly impact traffic fluidity across different pathways and sites.
The Ministry added that following instructions issued by organizing authorities and field group leaders, along with ensuring presence at gathering points at the scheduled times, facilitates Tafweej operations and guarantees the transit of the Guests of Allah with ease and peace of mind. It stressed that adhering to Tafweej plans reflects the pilgrim's awareness and dedication to performing the rituals, ultimately securing a streamlined experience for all Guests of Allah.
