The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has revealed a series of operational and service indicators recorded from Dhu al-Qi'dah 1 to Dhu al-Hijjah 6, 1447 AH. These metrics highlight the Ministry's ongoing efforts to serve the Guests of Allah and elevate the quality of services provided during the Hajj season.
The Ministry explained that its field teams carried out more than 80,000 inspection tours to monitor service readiness and ensure that providers comply with approved standards. Concurrently, the number of care services delivered through the "Nusuk" platform exceeded 173,000, supporting the pilgrims' journey and fulfilling their needs during their spiritual experience.
In terms of digital services, "Nusuk" cards recorded more than 3.4 million verification scans across various checkpoints. This system plays a key role in facilitating pilgrim movement and enhancing the management efficiency of the services provided to them.
Additionally, the Unified Call Center (1966) received more than 154,000 calls, providing around-the-clock support, guidance, and responses to the inquiries of the Guests of Allah in multiple languages.
As part of its educational and awareness outreach, the Ministry distributed over 670,000 awareness materials and guides. This initiative aims to raise awareness among pilgrims and guide them regarding rules, instructions, and available services, thereby safeguarding their safety and facilitating their rituals. On the community initiatives front, more than 271,000 pilgrims benefited from programs implemented by the "Happiness Team," which are designed to enrich the pilgrim's experience and enhance the quality of humanitarian services provided.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasized that these indicators reflect the integrated efforts among various entities operating within the Hajj ecosystem. It reiterated its commitment to continually mobilizing all technical and human resources to serve the Guests of Allah, thereby achieving the goals of the Pilgrim Experience Program—an initiative of Saudi Vision 2030—to elevate the Hajj experience and advance pilgrim services.
