The Electronic Track (E-Track) system at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah plays a pivotal role in supporting the advance preparation stage of the journey for the Guests of Allah. By providing comprehensive data related to pilgrim services prior to their arrival and during their transit across various stages of the pilgrimage, the platform facilitates reception procedures, organizes access to accommodations, and elevates the transparency and clarity of the services provided from the very outset.
The E-Track operates as a unified digital platform that interconnects all Hajj-related services. It features more than 500 services encompassing accommodation, transportation, catering, Hajj companies, and Hajj affairs offices. This enables entities operating within the ecosystem to access vital data well in advance, allowing them to prepare for service delivery based on highly accurate and transparent information.
The platform integrates with more than 80 government and operational entities, alongside over 5,000 service providers. This extensive integration contributes to unifying and updating data, linking it directly to field service routes. Consequently, it equips specialized teams and Hajj companies with an enhanced capability to anticipate and analyze pilgrims' needs before they even arrive at service locations.
The E-Track stands out as a key digital enabler that makes Hajj preparations far more structured. Its value extends beyond data management alone; it actively ensures that the pilgrim's journey is clear, seamless, and transparent from initial planning and arrival through to the execution of rituals in Makkah and the Holy Sites.
