The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, through its "Nusuk Enayah" (Nusuk Care) centers, has provided more than 99,000 services to the Guests of Allah during the period from Dhu al-Qi'dah 1 to 27. This is part of an on-the-ground ecosystem that offers direct guidance and support, responding to the needs of pilgrims wherever they are located, in 11 global languages as well as sign language.
Operating around the clock, the "Nusuk Enayah" services are delivered across 38 centers strategically distributed to serve the Guests of Allah in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and the Holy Sites. Additionally, there are more than 160 locations implementing various field initiatives, including the "Ask Me" initiative, driven by qualified personnel and supporting technologies to ensure rapid access to pilgrims at their respective locations.
These dedicated efforts are part of a comprehensive field ecosystem through which the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah aims to elevate service quality, enhance response efficiency, and enable the Guests of Allah to perform their rituals with utmost ease and tranquility.
