The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that the “Nusuk” app—the official digital platform for serving the Guests of Allah—has surpassed 30 million downloads, exceeding the 12 million downloads recorded in 2024, reflecting a growth rate of over 150% in less than a year. The ministry explained that the app serves Guests of Allah from more than 190 countries worldwide, with users outside the Kingdom representing over 90% of total beneficiaries, highlighting the global reach of the app and its significance in facilitating Hajj, Umrah, and visit journeys.
The ministry pointed out that through integration with all entities in the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem, the “Nusuk” app offers more than 100 digital services for visitors, enabling them to have a fully integrated digital experience covering all stages of the journey—from planning to return—including booking Al-Rawdah Sharifah, Umrah, the Haramain Train, maps, airline tickets, hotels, programs, guided tours, and more.
The ministry further noted that the app has recently expanded its services to address users’ daily lives, including features such as the Holy Quran, supplications (Adhkar), prayers, prayer times, and Qibla direction. It confirmed that in the coming period, a major update will be launched to enhance the user experience with a smoother and easier interface, aligned with the highest global standards in technology and design, as the app continues its journey toward becoming the world’s leading Islamic digital platform.
