The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah today launched the "Nusuk Umrah" service, a qualitative step that enables pilgrims from outside the Kingdom to apply directly for an Umrah visa and book services related to their trip without the need for any intermediary, through the platform https://umrah.nusuk.sa/ . The "Nusuk Umrah" service is one of the new options available for those wishing to perform Umrah from outside the Kingdom, in addition to other options such as accredited agents in the pilgrim's country, whose information can be accessed through the "Nusuk Umrah" platform. The new service allows the selection of integrated packages or individual services, including visa, accommodation, transportation, enrichment tours, and supporting services, with the possibility of customizing packages according to their preferences and aspirations, via a modern user interface that supports seven languages and integrates with relevant government systems to ensure a unified and smooth digital experience. The service offers multiple payment options suitable for different segments, enabling the pilgrim to complete all procedures electronically, from application to obtaining the entry visa, while providing a variety of package and service options that meet different needs and desires, ensuring a convenient and enriching experience. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed that the launch of the "Nusuk Umrah" service comes within its efforts to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, by hosting the largest number of Muslims and enabling them to perform Hajj and Umrah easily, while providing high-quality services that elevate the experience of pilgrims in the Kingdom.
