The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Continues Its Intensive Efforts within Its Proactive Plans to Prepare for the Arrival of the Guests of Allah for the Upcoming Hajj Season 1447 AH, which is eight months away, reaffirming its commitment to developing services and enhancing the spiritual experience of the pilgrims of the Holy Kaaba through a series of meetings and qualitative initiatives accomplished during the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal. The ministry stated that it coordinated with representatives of more than 60 countries through Hajj Affairs offices in preparation for the upcoming season, in addition to holding over 50 meetings with relevant authorities and Hajj Affairs offices to coordinate the launch of the “Saudi Buses” initiative, aiming to raise the level of transportation experience for the pilgrims of the Holy Kaaba. The “Nusuk Masar” platform engaged more than 16 companies for international pilgrims, completed the automation of the Services Guide for more than 75 countries through the same platform, activated more than 189 hospitality centers for the Guests of Allah to date, and qualified more than 24 companies to provide services for international pilgrims and ensure their readiness. Regarding development initiatives, the ministry held over 25 workshops to improve services, facilitate the pilgrims’ journey, and enhance their experience, in addition to launching more than 25 innovative initiatives approved for implementation during the upcoming Hajj season, licensing more than 11 companies to provide services to pilgrims within the Kingdom, launching the reception of applications for the ministry’s social responsibility initiatives, and establishing a database to register volunteers for the Hajj season 1447 AH. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed that these efforts come within its comprehensive plan and continuous year-round preparedness for the upcoming Hajj season, aiming at continuous improvement and development to elevate the experience of the pilgrims of the Holy Kaaba, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, in serving the Guests of Allah and facilitating their spiritual journey with ease and reassurance.
