Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - the city of Jeddah will host the fifth edition of the "Hajj Conference and Exhibition" from November 9 to 12, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Guests of Allah Program, under the slogan: "From Mecca to the World." The fifth edition continues the successes of previous editions, as the fourth edition witnessed exceptional attendance exceeding 120,000 visitors from inside and outside the Kingdom, with more than 220 exhibitors from 137 countries, resulting in the signing of over 670 cooperation agreements, directly reflecting on the quality of services provided to pilgrims and enhancing their experience during the last Hajj season. The conference program includes more than 80 sessions and 60 specialized workshops with the participation of academics, researchers, Hajj affairs offices, and diplomatic missions, in addition to over 2,400 trainees from around the world. "Dar Al-Malik Abdulaziz" plays a pivotal role in enriching the general program by hosting a scientific and cultural forum titled: "Forum on the History of Hajj and the Two Holy Mosques" to highlight the historical and cultural dimensions of Hajj and the development of the Two Holy Mosques throughout Islamic history, and explore the potentials of modern technologies in documenting and presenting the Hajj experience and the Two Holy Mosques through interactive digital media, enhancing civilizational and cultural awareness in the fields of Hajj and its rich history. The conference reflects the comprehensiveness of the Hajj system over four days through the participation of diverse sectors including travel and tourism, transport, telecommunications, health, catering, hotels, technology, insurance, crowd management, logistics, and more. The non-profit sector also participates through initiatives and cooperative organizations that provide innovative solutions to support service development and sustainability. Concurrently, an exhibition is held over an area exceeding 52,000 square meters, featuring more than 260 exhibitors from around the world, along with an "Innovation Zone" showcasing innovations from 15 startups and entrepreneurs competing in three specialized challenges to provide pioneering solutions for the future of Hajj services. Several strategic agreements and partnerships are expected to be signed during the exhibition to enhance coordination and service development. The Ministry confirmed that the "Hajj Conference and Exhibition" represents a global platform for exchanging expertise, showcasing the latest solutions and technologies, and building influential partnerships between government entities, private and non-profit sectors locally and internationally. It is the only international event specialized in Hajj system development and innovation, enhancing integration among relevant sectors in serving the Guests of Allah. The Ministry emphasized that these efforts align with the objectives of the Guests of Allah Program, one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs, consolidating Saudi Arabia’s global leadership in serving pilgrims, and invited experts and enthusiasts from around the world to register and participate via the website: www.hajjconfex.com .
