Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah
His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Abdulfattah Bin Sulaiman Mashat, is one of the leading talents who combines developmental experience with governmental administrative vision. He leads the strategic files for developing public policies for the Hajj and Umrah system, enhancing integration between partner entities to raise operational efficiency and performance governance in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. His Excellency also gives top priority to institutionalizing digital and institutional transformation and empowering the non-profit sector to enrich the journey of the Guests of Allah and facilitate their rituals.
